Position Purpose:
Responsible for coordinating tooling design and test aspects of a project.
Essential Functions:
· Coordinate tooling aspects of a project and component design.
· Create/modify/release part drawings.
· Designs, validates, provides test reports, and sign-off documents, and ensures production readiness.
· Work on initiatives to decrease downtime and increase equipment output.
· Coordinates the tooling design and test aspects on the project with manufacturing engineers.
· Provides continuous improvement through employee development, process improvement, and elimination of waste.
