Engineering Co-Ops
Hendrickson Truck Commercial Vehicle Systems located in Kendallville, IN is a IATF certified OEM and aftermarket supplier of proprietary suspension systems to the heavy transportation industry. We seek individuals for a rotational opportunity as a Co-Op. This opportunity includes rotation over 2-3 semesters in the areas of Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Elastomers. The position will start work full time during the Summer/Fall semester 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to gain understanding in multiple areas of engineering.
Primary responsibilities may include: time studies for machining/packaging, work with shop floor employees to resolve engineering or safety related issues, assist with equipment/process troubleshooting, CNC program control files, upgrade of computerized maintenance management systems, completing Operator Detail Sheets (ODS), FEMA's, Control Plans and 8D corrective actions.
Requirements for the position include a minimum GPA of 3.0 and sophomore status.
