Assistant Professor of Business
Hendrix College invites applications for a one-year visiting position in the area of Business within the Economics and Business Department to begin in August 2025. The College seeks to extend its tradition of excellence in teaching and scholarship by attracting faculty who combine mastery of their disciplines with broad intellectual interests and commitment to the aims of a liberal arts college. The successful candidate will teach introductory and upper level undergraduate business courses in at least two of the following areas : general business, finance, business analytics, and management. The normal teaching load is three courses per semester. Applicants with at least a master's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management, or a related field will be considered.
Applications should include a cover letter addressing the candidate's interest in teaching in a liberal arts environment, a curriculum vitae, a statement of teaching interests, evidence of teaching effectiveness, and graduate and undergraduate transcripts.
