What you will do:
- Work closely with the Installation department to provide timely and accurate installation in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service
- For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it
- Document work performed in accordance with company procedure
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager
What you need:
- 2 years experience as an HVAC Installer.
- HendrixAir & Plumbing may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
- Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. Driver's License.
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
- Physical dexterity
Responsibilities
What YOU will do:
- Work side-by-side the BEST technicians and installers in the industry!
- Receive hands-on-training in residential HVAC service installation
- Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ensure HVAC systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications
Who YOU Are:
- 0-3 year experience as an installer
- Able to pass background and drug test
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
