What will your job look like?
- Troubleshoot and diagnose existing plumbing issues in residential homes.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures which will include toilet replacements, faucets replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs.
- Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes.
- Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving plumbing problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates.
- Sewer and drain cleaning.
- Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customers, performing designated work and proactively solving problems.
- Document plumbing work performed and provide guidance to assistants or apprentices.
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
What do you need?
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Residential Service Plumber in the state of Georgia
- Drains experience preferred, not required.
- Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Hendrix may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods, paired with a high level of motivation..
- Physical dexterity.
- Strong customer service skills.
