As a Prep Cook/Dishwasher, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, responsible for ensuring the efficient preparation of ingredients and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the culinary team in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency in food quality.
- Prepare and assemble ingredients for cooking, such as vegetables, proteins, and sauces.
- Ensure all food items are labeled, dated, and stored correctly to prevent waste and spoilage.
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area, including storage and refrigeration units.
- Wash, sanitize, and store all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with the removal of trash and recycling.
