Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager to lead our team at one of our 4 stores. The Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of service, guest satisfaction, and the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain exceptional service standards
Train, onboard, and schedule FOH team members
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including greeting guests, managing reservations, and resolving customer issues
Inventory with multiple food purveyors
Ordering
Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures
Uphold health and safety regulations and food handling standards
Documentation
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar store management role
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
Food safety and alcohol service certification is a plus
A passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to delivering top-notch service
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday
