Job Description:
As a Server, you play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. Your primary responsibility is to deliver top-notch service, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed menu descriptions and take accurate food and drink orders.
- Ensure special requests and dietary restrictions are accommodated.
- Transmit orders to the kitchen and bar accurately, ensuring all items are prepared and served correctly.
- Double-check orders for accuracy before delivering to the guests.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
- Be prepared to answer questions and make menu recommendations.
- Set and clear tables efficiently and keep the dining area clean and organized.
- Suggestively sell additional items such as appetizers, desserts, and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, involving the management team when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Present bills accurately, process payments, and return change promptly.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions with precision.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and alcohol service laws.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance.
