Position Overview
This hands-on leadership role involves managing all aspects of warehouse operations, optimizing processes, and inspiring the team to achieve excellence in a fast-paced, start-up-style environment. You’ll take ownership of critical processes and establish scalable systems to support the company’s continued growth while directly contributing to its success.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely order fulfillment.
- Transition responsibilities from the co-founders and establish scalable systems to support rapid growth.
- Lead by example—actively participating in the fulfillment process to set a high standard for operational excellence.
- Develop and execute strategies that enhance warehouse performance and scalability.
- Manage and optimize the Warehouse Management System to streamline operations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff, creating a high-performance, safety-oriented work environment.
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are consistently met.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement a performance-based bonus structure that rewards success.
