Full Desk Recruiter (Fully Commission Based)

Henis Group is seeking a Full-Desk Recruiter with recruiting and sales experience in a staffing or recruiting agency setting to join our remote team. You’ll work with manufacturers to recruit for engineering, plant leadership, technicians, and other key roles in the manufacturing sectors. This is a direct hire-only role, meaning you will be focusing on full-time, permanent placements for your clients. You’ll manage your own execution, with clear expectations and support to ensure your success.

What You’ll Do:

• Full-Desk Recruitment: Business development, candidate sourcing, and closing deals for direct hire manufacturing roles.
• Unlimited Earnings: Start at 50% commission, increasing to 70% after $240K billed.
• Premium Tools: Access to LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Loxo ATS, and ZoomInfo.
• Support: Assistance from a dedicated full-time recruiter to help close your openings.
• Flexibility: Remote work with flexible hours. Occasional in-person meetings with the owner or visits to clients as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recruiting & Sales Experience: Proven success in staffing or recruiting agencies or boutiques.
• Self-Starter: Comfortable managing your own execution with minimal supervision.
• Strong Communicator: Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Direct Hire Experience: Proven ability to bill $240k in annual billings with a direct hire focus.
• Existing Relationships: Current client and candidate relationships are advantageous.

Compensation:

• 50% Commission on First $240K, and 70% on everything billed beyond $240K.
• This role does not include traditional benefits such as medical insurance or a 401(k).
