Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes in a fast-growing operation. This role will focus on improving efficiency, ensuring high-quality production, and implementing best practices across welding, fabrication, CNC machining, and fixturing. The ideal candidate will have experience in metalworking operations and be eager to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and create new manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Optimize operations in manual welding, fabrication, CNC machining, and fixturing to support high-quality output.
- Work with metal forming, press brakes, flat lasers, tube lasers, and CNC equipment to streamline production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
- Support tooling development and improve manufacturing workflows.
- Ensure process stability and scalability as the company continues its rapid growth.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, increase throughput, and enhance product quality.
