PROGRAM OVERVIEW
HRP is a 24-month rotational program for Adhesive Technologies. The program is designed to attract and develop a talent pipeline with accelerated knowledge of Henkel gained through immersive learning experiences, that leads to diverse career opportunities across our Adhesives business in the United States.
During the program you will :
- Be exposed to diverse aspects of the Adhesives business through rotations in different business units and divisions.
- Work on exciting tasks and own projects.
- Participate in individually tailored learning sessions that ensure your professional development.
- Receive a high level of visibility and guidance from a mentor, subject matter experts, and senior leaders throughout the program.
