What you´ll do
- Provides timely project support for application engineering projects with particular emphasis on the Paper Packaging segments.
- Plans and executes laboratory projects to support customer/market projects in collaboration with field application engineering and sales teams.
- Prepares laboratory reports which present findings and conclusions and prepares direct customer correspondence.
- Effectively communicates technical information directly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develops portfolio knowledge in order to make product recommendations and identify gaps.
- Develops and implements applications testing methods and capabilities.
- Actively supports the quality complaint investigation process.
- May execute customer visits for complaint investigations, troubleshooting, data collection, product/technology demos, equipment installs, and training seminars as needed.
- Leads by example in safety and maintains 100% compliance for all SHE, 5S and lab management initiatives.
What makes you a good fit
- • BS ChE, ME, MatE, Chemistry or similar degree/experience required.
- 1-5 years of technical industry experience. Experience in troubleshooting complex/difficult problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent people skills; able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task with strong analytical and hands-on mechanical skills.

The salary for this role is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
