OT Security and Automation Engineer

YOUR ROLE

• Long-term planning, implementation and management of projects in the specific work area of automation, digitalization and OT security.
• PLC programming, new control systems, and SCADA management. 
• Support in maintenance and service of the installed hardware and software in the OT environment. 
• Ensure compliance with the OT security strategy by identifying and closing security gaps.
• Manage and supervise the technical implementation of Industry 4.0 and digital solutions locally. 
• Manage, coordinate and supervision of integrators services for the installed automation systems and digital solutions.

YOUR SKILLS

• Certifications (preferred but not required): Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., IEC62443, CISSP, SANS ICS) or certifications related to industrial control systems.
• Programming control systems (PLC, GUI, etc). 
• Proficient in project and risk management.
• Willingness for continuous education and improvement in areas of control automation digitalization and OT security. 
• Ability to learn and adapt to new regulatory and compliance frameworks. 
• Solutions oriented problem-solving abilities.
  

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
