What you´ll do
The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to transport finished product to and from various locations within the plant or to trailers for transporting. The Forklift Operator also prepares items for shipment and keeps records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Manage material movement within the plant, including loading and unloading product
- Operate stretch wrapper, RF Scanner, Labeler
- Perform daily inspections of assigned equipment and complete battery changes and daily battery maintenance functions, when needed
- Rotate stock using FIFO methods
- This position will work B Night Shift - 12 hours, 5:45pm - 6:00am, rotating days - includes every other weekend and some holidays
What makes you a good fit
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior forklift experience required
- Must be able to pass a Forklift Operator’s written exam & Driving Test
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to repetitively bend, stoop and crouch.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season.

The salary for this role is $21.00 - $27.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
