What you´ll do

The Head of CX Demand Center, North America, is a new strategic leadership role responsible for driving customer demand creation and conversion across industrial adhesive businesses in the region. This role will lead a newly established cross-functional team tasked with managing digital media campaigns, CRM / lead management, a centralized contact center, B2B eCommerce, and analytics.The ideal candidate will work closely with regional business heads, sales leaders & teams, technical and marketing teams to convert this new demand achieving measurable results. This role also requires a proven ability to lead change within a complex organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Cross-Functional Team Operations : Steer the activities of the demand center team, including digital media campaigns, CRM / lead management, contact center operations, B2B eCommerce, and analytics.

Develop and Execute Demand Management Strategies : Create and implement demand creation, conversion, and optimization strategies tailored to the unique needs of industrial adhesive SBUs in the region.

Drive Digital Campaigns and Optimize Lead Management : Strategize and manage digital campaigns while enhancing CRM and lead management processes to improve lead quality & conversion.

Grow B2B eCommerce : Develop and implement strategies to increase B2B eCommerce adoption and revenue, focusing on enhancing the online buying experience and integrating digital tools with broader demand efforts.

Collaborate with Key Stakeholders : Work closely with regional business heads, sales leaders, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Analyze and Optimize Performance : Leverage data analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement and actionable insights.

Lead Organizational Change Management : Champion change initiatives in the region to align teams with demand center objectives and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of demand management and customer experience in North America for Henkel Adhesives, while contributing to the growth and success of a global leader in industrial adhesives.

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, sales, service, or eCommerce, ideally within the chemical, industrial sector or digital marketing agencies.

Proven experience in demand generation, lead management, conversion and loyalty.

Expertise in digital marketing, CRM platforms, analytics, and B2B eCommerce solutions.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing cross-functional teams.

Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive organizational transformation.

The salary for this role is $140,000.00 - $185,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
