What You´ll Do

• Position Overview: The Inside Application Engineer acts as a technical liaison, providing expert support and customized solutions to customers, ensuring the optimal use of Henkel adhesive products. They collaborate with customers to address application needs, offer technical guidance, and troubleshoot product-related issues. This role also supports the sales team remotely by delivering product demonstrations and training to end customers.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers.
• Collaborate closely with inquiry management, pre-qualification, and sales teams to develop and propose tailored technical solutions based on customer feedback and requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including product manuals.
• Conduct remote product demonstrations and deliver technical training / consultation to customers.
• Assist in preparing technical quotes and proposals for customers.
• Analyze customer requirements, gather insights for product development, and contribute to performance management by tracking and optimizing solution effectiveness.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or mechanical engineering.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise with in technical pre-sales, inside sales, remote technical services.
• Strong track record for collaboration within cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication skills, with a customer first mindset.

The salary for this role is $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
