What you´ll do
Lead ongoing pricing activities and projects across the Region and functions (Sales, Strategy, Product Management, Finance).
Drive value capture by implementing global / regional price strategy.
Execute strategic pricing process(es) and policies globally / regionally.
Collaborate with Central Pricing Team to design pricing tools / processes for harmonization (and adaptation) across the various business units and lead adoption of tools / processes within the SBU.
Provide expertise in price setting for global / regional products and in price execution.
Responsible for governance on discounts / rebates and surcharges.
Develop internal and external communication related to pricing.
Own various pricing analyses and reports that support the Region on measuring price impact against guidance / targets.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in Strategy / Consulting, Pricing, Controlling or FinanceWell-developed change management skills.
Strong convincing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced analytical, conceptual, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
Fluent in English.

The salary forthis role is $115,000.00 - $130,000.00. This is the range that we in good faithanticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We mayultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salaryrange may also be modified in the future.
