What You´ll Do

• The Material Coordinator is responsible for receiving, cycle counting, and managing all storage and movement of semi-finished goods and labels.
• Review production schedule daily, create transfer orders for all required materials required for production orders within 72 hours, and make necessary changes as notified.
• Review and close STO’s daily.
• Follow plant 5’s standards for staging areas.
• Utilize SAP to verify (via the bill of materials) all semi finished goods and components needed for production.
• Physically verify / count quantities – place orders with storage warehouse / send escalations as needed.
• Lead batch board meetings and provide notification of shortages within a 24 hour period.
• Communicate any potential material outages and work with planning team on delivery status.
• Complete inventory cycle counts required by inventory control team.
• Receive materials systematically through SAP; unload trailers, conduct blind counts, and stage pallets in warehouse as needed.
• Manage spreadsheets tracking sheets for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate loads with storage warehouse via SharePoint.
• Operate PIT.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a production environment/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must have basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others.

The salary for this role is $22.42 - $27.40. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
