What you´ll do
Leads and delivers projects as outlined in the project charters and plans
Drives the completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope
Measures, tracks and reports on project performance and milestones
Proactively identifies and addresses areas for improvements as well as risks and countermeasures
Acts as link between project team and project sponsor
Prepares and aligns the deliverables with both the project team and project sponsor
Provides timely and regular status updates to project sponsor and steering committee
Identifies and brings to timely resolution project risks and issues, and escalates issues to the sponsor as needed
Sets up and ensures execution of project communication planLeads the project team and effectively delegates tasks
What makes you a good fit
BS in Business, Finance or related field, MBA preferred
Strong knowledge of Operations and Supply Chain processes
3 years project management experience
2 years international work experience
Exceptional project management, communication and analytical skills
Change management expertise in organizational transformation
SAP knowledge welcome
3 years M&A integration and project management experience is preferred

The salary for this role is $115,000.00 - $135,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
