What You´ll Do
- Through team interaction and data collection will assist Operations by preparing reports, identifying production trends, and providing recommendations in:
- Any necessary department controls and procedures
- Reducing quality errors by identifying product defects and establishing corrective methods.
- Implementing appropriate plans to improve profitability by maximizing efficiency to include waste, speed, delay, and raw material usage using Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Responsible for BOM accuracy and alignment to Henkel standards.
- Mange MOC process associated with BOM and process changes.
- Leading or participating in Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), to identify and mitigate potential risks in chemical and operational processes.
- Research, justify and implement new processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with HAZOP studies, risk assessments, and environmental regulations.
- Understanding sensors, control loops, and automation in industrial systems.
- Quickly identifying process problems and coming up with technical solutions.
- Enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, or improving product quality.
- Must have great communications skills.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
