What you´ll do
- Oversee production activities and employee policy compliance to ensure all quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Complete and store documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Procedures, auditing standards, and Human Resources requirements.
- Provide and implement feedback and continuous improvement ideas involving plant safety, quality and production.
- Utilize effective communication skills to ensure team members meet all safety, quality, and production standards. Urgently follow-up with disciplinary action and/or incentive programs as appropriate.
- Lead Production Meeting for department supervisors, effectively determining and communicating priorities for the next 12-hour shift.
- Utilize SAP to update production schedule and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Advocate and support employee morale by enthusiastically participating in plant activities, meetings, and trainings.
- Associates degree and/or equivalent in manufacturing experience.
- 5 plus years of experience in manufacturing, preferred batch making experience.
- Highly engaged leader of people, 3 plus years of leadership experience preferred
- Problem solving ability and critical thinking skills required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to learn and work with varying computer programs such LOGOS, SAP, LMS and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong commitment to safety systems and OSHA required standards.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
