What You´ll Do
- Define, plan, and implement large transformational projects for the Operations group in the Americas
- Manage and execute strategic (including Mergers & Acquisitions) and change projects, transformational initiatives
- Collaborate with senior management and executives on all aspects of the organization’s business development policies and initiatives
- Performs internal and external current and future scenarios to assess business development
- Advances consistency and efficiency for Processes and Organization (Operating Model)
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred
- Project Management Professional Certification preferred
- 10 years of working experience required
- 3 years of relevant project management and 3 years of manufacturing or engineering experience needed
- Project Management Professional or equivalent experience
- Exceptional project management, communication, and analytical skills are required
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills to initiate and be change agent for cross functional/larger teams
- Strong understanding of operations and supply chain processes
- Acumen for digitalization and sustainability
- Strategic thinking and the ability to drive change and innovation

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
