What You´ll Do

• Define, plan, and implement large transformational projects for the Operations group in the Americas
• Manage and execute strategic (including Mergers & Acquisitions) and change projects, transformational initiatives
• Collaborate with senior management and executives on all aspects of the organization’s business development policies and initiatives
• Performs internal and external current and future scenarios to assess business development
• Advances consistency and efficiency for Processes and Organization (Operating Model)
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred
• Project Management Professional Certification preferred
• 10 years of working experience required
• 3 years of relevant project management and 3 years of manufacturing or engineering experience needed
• Project Management Professional or equivalent experience
• Exceptional project management, communication, and analytical skills are required
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills to initiate and be change agent for cross functional/larger teams
• Strong understanding of operations and supply chain processes
• Acumen for digitalization and sustainability
• Strategic thinking and the ability to drive change and innovation

The salary for this role is $125,000.00 - $150,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
