What you´ll do

• Lead Alterna’s strategic media & digital marketing efforts
• Launch media investment strategies across national, retailer, and digital channels, optimizing ROI through analytics and A / B testing
• Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficiency across organic, paid, and eCommerce initiatives
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across eCommerce, paid search, display, social media, and CRM
• Drive organic social strategy, including influencer partnerships, content creation, and community engagement
• Lead content ideation, execution, and optimization to maximize brand visibility and engagement
• Partner with Brand, Sales, and eRetail teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Oversee team of 2 direct reports
• Manage full-service agency partnership
• Analyze digital performance, providing insights to refine strategies and stay ahead of trends
• Optimize campaigns based on audience behavior, social algorithms, and market shifts

What makes you a good fit

5 years of CPG Digital Marketing experience required

Beauty industry experience preferred

Knowledge of consumer insights, analytics, and strategic decision making

Experience with campaigns and product launches

Demonstrated experience using social media for B2C marketing

Strong communication and organizational skills

Entrepreneurial mindset

Experience managing people and projects is needed

Knowledge of social media platform and content strategy (TikTok and Instagram)

The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $130,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
