What You´ll Do
- Join our high-performing North America treasury team as a Senior Treasury Manager, where you will directly influence the company’s financial strategy and operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful treasury initiatives for ~$6 billion region, focusing on liquidity management, pension asset strategy, and capital optimization. This role offers significant growth potential and the opportunity to shape the company’s treasury function at a strategic level.
- Lead and implement treasury projects focused on managing financial risk, improving cash flow efficiency, and optimizing working capital.
- Raise and manage capital via $2 billion commercial paper financing.
- Provide oversights on ~$500M pension assets, with a focus on asset allocation, diversification, and risk management to maximize risk-adjusted returns.
- Drive treasury initiatives during M&A integration focusing on financing strategies and banking operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, tax, and legal, to ensure effective treasury operations.
- Ensure all treasury activities comply with policies and regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management, supporting decision-making processes.
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities and the ability to guide and mentor teams across various locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA, CTP, or CFA preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in banking or corporate treasury, ideally in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Extensive knowledge of financial markets, cash management, risk management, and pension asset strategies.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a deep understanding of treasury systems and digital tools.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor teams across multiple locations and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bloomberg experience preferred.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
