What You´ll Do
- Manage and enforce Henkel safety, health, and environmental requirements for Third Party Manufacturing/Logistics and Traded Goods (3PM/3PL/TG) in compliance with Corporate and Global.
- Manage and conduct 3PM/3PL/TG audits per the Corporate Supplier Standard.
- Manage and conduct the Henkel SHE Expert Audits at Henkel Adhesive manufacturing sites per corporate standard
- Participate on the SHE America's team and execute miscellaneous SHE projects as assigned
- Reports monthly on SHE KPI status.
- Supervises legal compliance matters, follow-up of development in legal matters and regulatory affairs.
- Participate on the Global SHE Expert and 3PM/3PL/TG Audit team.
- Bachelor's Degree related to Environmental, Safety and Health.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- SHE auditing experience.
- Effective project management skills
- 8 years of SHE manufacturing experience.
- Certified Safety Professional (preferred).
- Ability to travel 20 - 30%.

Salary : $127,000 - $160,000
