What You´ll Do
- Responsible for delivery note creation
- Performs transportation planning in Transport Management System
- Supervises transport execution activities
- Follows up the transportation activities using applicable Henkel tools Informs carrier about the process in case of incidences
- Communicates with customer service to improve customer satisfaction by delivering on time / in full scope
- Responsible for Import / Export procedures and document handling
- Makes additional costs or freight costs correction in Transport Management System
- Responsible for transport execution projects
- Supply Chain Degree strongly preferred
- Previous internship/ CO-OP experience
- Campus/Organization leadership experience desired
- Experience in import and export freight
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with the following tools (Excel, Power BI, OTM, SAP, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication skills

Salary : $65,000 - $98,000
