YOUR ROLE
· Develop and effectively execute Marketing Plan programs, including consumer promotions, PR initiatives, media and shopper programs
· Lead business analysis to measure business performance and uncovering business driving insights to make recommendations to senior leadership.
· Maintain ongoing communication with Sales Strategy and Field Sales personnel to build support plans, learn about changing market conditions and modify programs to support market changes.
· Collaborate with Shopper Marketing on developing and executing major consumer promotions and trade programs designed to gain volume, market share and profits.
· Help develop yearly business plans that identify key business opportunities and future growth plans
· Actively participate in creative development (i.e. develop creative brief, provide creative feedback)
· Lead small, medium, and large-scale projects, artwork re-designs, and new item innovations.
