YOUR ROLE
- Manage daily staffing needs based on production line priority and available skill sets, including but not limited to:
- Utilize Skills and Training Matrix to identify skill assignment
- Manage call in process to appropriately assign plant production people assets
- Manage paid time off calendar to determine approval for call ins and ensure Line Owners are aware of PTO and attendance management needs
- Responsible for escalations of issues to the appropriate channels that occur on shift.
- Actively reviews Tier 1 information and utilizes escalation process to obtain next level support as required
- Manages daily communications to all team members and production lines.
- Coordinates daily communication of temporary labor needs and escalate shortages as required.
- Partners with Line Owner to ensure cross training needs are identified and met to enable efficient shift operation.
