YOUR ROLE
What we offer:
Implement and maintain a variety of support functions for the Sales teams such as alignment and monitoring the sales effort within the team.
Participates in the organization and coordination of sales meetings, preparing budgets, coordinating sales training and development programs.
May develop analyses to measure trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of sales resource allocation and utilization.
Works cross-functionally with internal teams (Finance, Marketing/Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain) as well as providing operations support to external partners while influencing sales indirectly
