YOUR ROLE
- Drive end to end process improvement projects and propose enhancements to increase process efficiency, transparency, governance, compliance
- Track and optimize account receivables & collection activities
- Gather and analyze data related to customers’ overdue balances and identify root-causes for process optimization
- Work closely with Henkel’s Manila Shared Service Center (SSC) , Sales, Customer Service and other operational departments to address process issues
- Support AR reporting, overdue commenting and other various reporting activities in cooperation with SSC
- Prepare presentation materials for senior leadership and provide guidance and leadership for corporate-wide initiatives or special projects
