YOUR ROLE
- Assist line management in assessing the effectiveness of SBU/facility SHE programs, including Henkel's SHE Standards and regulatory compliance.
- Provide guidance to line management and employees to ensure they understand the programs and how they are to be implemented.
- Assist line management with the identification and evaluation of hazards, and assist with development of control measures.
- Provide staff engineering services on the she aspects of engineering.
- Communicate and maintain working relationships with appropriate regulatory agencies.
- Maintain a high level of professional competence including professional certifications
