YOUR ROLE
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Be able to read and understand batch sheets for mixer operations.
- Ability to understand and correct process variability.
- Perform all necessary duties to make batches
- Stage raw materials
- Load mixers
- Test product
- Maintain clean work environment, adhering to 5S standards, including, but not limited to, operate pressure washer, sweep floors, operate floor scrubber and trash removal
- Complete batch sheets and housekeeping paperwork
- Operate and work with various pumps and hoses to transfer material between containers and kettles
- Sample products for QC testing
- Operate sit down and walk behind forklifts
- Attend training as scheduled
- Perform SAP duties as directed
- Other duties as directed by supervision
