YOUR ROLE
- This role assures that Henkel is continuously supplied with specification-conforming raw materials and packaging components that allow for the on-time manufacture and delivery of high-quality products.
- Process Owner for the Supplier Complaint Management Program; reporting of supplier performance to key business stakeholders, management of the SAP SCMS system, conducting supplier performance management reviews
- Provide Quality oversight for new suppliers/components and tech transfers
- Coordinate with R&D resources to assure that new materials are designed to meet quality standards through
- Work with plant resources to monitor hand-off of new materials from R&D to Manufacturing
- Process Owner for the Supplier Audit Program, which includes:
- Development and management of the Supplier Requirements Agreement Manual, which includes:
- Support activities used for improvement and development of suppliers located in North America or supply to North America Henkel facilities
