YOUR ROLE
- Henkel Adhesives is looking for a customer-facing Technical Service representative for the nonwovens hygiene and tissue & towel industries.
- The Technical Service group's primary mission is to work with the Sales team to clearly identify and quantify customer needs, then design, deliver and quantify product/service solutions to meet those needs.
- The position involves significant strategic interaction with Business/Technical Management, Product Development, Operations and Quality functions.
- Similarly, it involves interactions at multiple customer levels, from line operators to corporate technical and procurement people.
- This position requires a significant amount of travel (~ 50%) to customer sites for product demos, troubleshooting, and business strategy support, which in turn requires formal planning and documentation.
- Communication, organization, and project management skills are a must.
