YOUR ROLE
- The Facilities Specialist: HVAC/Refrigerated Technician is responsible for the upkeep and performance of all heating and cooling systems within a large manufacturing facility.
- Ensures administration of resources to maintain HVAC/R equipment, and ensure processes are performing to design parameters.
- Continuous improvement and development of the preventative maintenance program to meet operation and production needs.
- Effective planning and forecasting maintenance to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Employee Engagement goals.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical failures on all HVAC/R processes and equipment.
- Troubleshoot all HVAC/R equipment malfunctions.
- Perform quality preventative maintenance on all HVAC/R equipment and processes.
- Coordinate heating and cooling projects.
- Perform air flow analysis to provide recommended system improvements.
- Record daily logs of equipment status, failures, repairs, regulatory compliances, and other activities.
