Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Project Engineer or Project Manager role located in Greater Sacramento. The PE or PM will work directly with our owner, estimator, and superintendent. This role is crucial to ensure the delivery of successful projects to our clients.
Duties:
- Reviewing specifications and creating submittal packages
- Knowledge of contracts and scopes of work
- Material Procurement and tracking of long-lead items
- Knowledge of safety and safe practices
- Reviewing plans and creating RFI's
- Maintain project schedules and anticipate manpower needs
- Budget management
- Create change order requests for added scope or unforeseen work.
- Monthly Billings
- Quality control
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field. Applicable experience in the wall and ceiling industry without a degree is also acceptable.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with various construction software: Bluebeam, OST, Procore, ACC Build, Etc.
- Problem Solving and willingness to be creative in finding solutions to complex situations
- Knowledge of waterproofing, stucco, EIFS, and other cladding preferred.
- Ability to understand blueprints and constructability.
- Flexibility and willingness to modify approach as necessary to achieve goals.
- Cooperative person who enjoys working with team members and clients.
- Professionalism - Is responsible, trustworthy, and acts with integrity.
Position (PE or PM) and salary to be determined based on level of experience. All positions are eligible for profit-sharing plan.
Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
