HSB located at 525 Portland Ave. South - Hours: Thursdays and Fridays 9am - 1pm (can take one day or both)
Other located at 1256 Penn Ave - Hours: Mondays Noon - 4pm, Wednesdays 9am - 1pm, Fridays Noon - 4pm (can take one day or multiple days)
About the volunteer position type:
This is an advertisement for an unpaid, volunteer position.
In this volunteer position, you will:
- Welcome and greet residents that come into the HSBs on a walk-in basis.
- Check-in if walk-in has visitation by Calander.
- Connect anyone who inquires or has concerns related to child protection case/s to the coverage supervisor on site at HSB.
- For those volunteers who will places at 1256 Penn Ave., duties will include connecting and triaging individuals through county provided computer using Microsoft Teams.
- Use daily tracking from Excel Walk-in & Incident Tracker.
- Schedule visits and appointments and other tasks as assigned.
