Head Coach - Golf, Tennis & Pickleball

Are you passionate about sports and working with kids? Do you have experience coaching golf, tennis, and pickleball? TGA of Central Hennepin County is looking for a Head Coach to lead and grow our youth sports programs!

About Us:

TGA (Teach. Grow. Achieve.) is a premier youth sports organization that brings golf, tennis, and pickleball programs directly to schools, parks, and community centers. Our mission is to make sports accessible, fun, and engaging for kids of all skill levels.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Head Coach who can step in and take charge of our programs quickly. This person will oversee coaching staff, lead classes and camps, and ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coach youth golf, tennis, and pickleball programs at schools, parks, and community centers.
• Provide instruction in a fun, engaging, and structured way for kids of all skill levels (Grades K-8).
• Manage and mentor assistant coaches to maintain high coaching standards.
• Oversee class logistics, including setup, equipment management, and parent communication.
• Ensure safety, sportsmanship, and skill development in all programs.
  
  

Who You Are:

• Experienced Coach: Background in golf, tennis, and pickleball (playing or coaching).
• Great with Kids: Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or camp setting.
• Leader & Team Player: Ability to take charge and work well with assistant coaches.
• Reliable & Professional: Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability for after-school programs, weekends, and summer camps.
