The firm is seeking a 2026 Summer Analyst for its Minneapolis office. In addition to a strong interest in Minneapolis, the ideal candidate is driven, but team-oriented with an innate curiosity about deal-making and how businesses are organized and operate. Candidates must be pursuing an undergraduate degree with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2027 to be eligible for this internship. The Summer Analyst program is a 10 week in-person experience based in Minneapolis. This is not a remote program. The ideal candidate has connections to, or an interest in, working in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities
- Preparing confidential information memorandums, management presentations, pitches, and other presentations
- Constructing financial models to value organizations
- Preparing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial information
- Assisting in the marketing and planning of client engagements
- Coordinating and performing business due diligence and executing M&A transactions
- Building relationships and maintaining direct contact with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors
Qualifications
- Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree with anticipated graduation in Spring 2027
- Comfort with, and interest in, writing and formatting marketing materials
- Appropriate familiarity with general business, accounting, and financial topics
- Capable with financial modeling and Microsoft business programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment under demanding schedules
