What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service BDC Agent position at Hennessy Auto Group?
At Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta, the Service BDC agent contacts all lead from multiple sources to set service appointments and follows up with customers to ensure an excellent customer experience. This role plays a large role in ensuring a smooth and excellent customer service experience with our service department.
Shift Details : 9-6pm
What you'll do :
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text and chat.
- Respond to Internet Lead Service Requests.
- Ensure quality customer service through professionalism and timely responses.
- Serve as liaison between customers and the service department.
- Assist in generating daily reports and logs as requested by management

- Maintain a current knowledge of coupons, direct mail pieces and all service advertising sent out by the manufacturer.
- Follow up with "No Show" Customers.
- Confirm daily appointments.
- Follow up with all service customers to ensure they are happy with their service experience.
- Meet daily guidelines given in regard to set appointments, shows, and outbound calls.
- Contact customer based on current marketing incentives and recommended services for vehicles.
- All other duties as assigned.
