What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Associate-Accounting position at Hennessy Automobile Companies?
Description
As a Billing Associate you are responsible for auditing incoming deals for compliance of vehicle sales and revenue recognition, posting deals into Reynold & Reynolds, verifying all revenue, gross, commissions, receivable & payable, and all supporting documents with the deal.
What You'll Do:
- Receive and process paperwork from the F&I Department.
- Post vehicle sales and purchases.
- Costing and finalizing deals to accounting.
- Prepare, submit and monitor funding of bank contracts.
- Effectively present information to customers or dealership personnel.
- Reconcile deposit journal entries to accounting schedules. Recognize and research discrepancies, and create journal entries and /or journal adjustments to correct any errors.
- Communicate with dealership accounting personnel regarding more complex posting issues and assist in balancing the accounting schedules.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
What We Expect:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years’ experience in dealership accounting.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Strong Computer Skills (Internet, MS Office).
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is preferred.
- Must submit to and successfully pass a background and drug screening.
