Hennessy Mazda Buick GMC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales BDC Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound internet sales inquiries, following up with prospective customers, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build rapport with customers to enhance their buying experience.
What you'll do:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and guide them through the initial sales process.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with sales representatives.
- Follow up with unsold prospects via phone, email, and text to nurture leads and maintain customer interest.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding dealership inventory, promotions, and financing options.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer transitions from online inquiries to in-person visits.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance dealership reputation and customer satisfaction.
- All other duties as assigned.

What we expect:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, BDC, or a customer service role preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Maintain a valid Georgia driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Submit to a background and drug screen
- Ability to build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor
- Excellent phone, organization, written and oral skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook
- Motivated and a positive attitude
- Dealership Experience preferred
