Job Summary:
Dependable and detail-oriented Contract Title Runner to assist our dealership by delivering and processing title paperwork at local and state offices. This is a contract position, ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and familiar with automotive title procedures. You will be responsible from transporting documents between our accounting office and various government agencies, including the DMV, County and State offices.
Responsibilities:
· Pick up, deliver, and process vehicle title paperwork to/from state and county offices.
· Submit documents for registration, titling, lien placement, and other related processes.
· Ensure all documents are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
· Communicate with government personnel to address issues or corrections, if needed.
· Track and report delivery status to Hennessy’s Accounting Office
· Maintain organized records of all runs and submissions.
Requirements:
· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
· Familiarity with DMV processes and title paperwork preferred
· Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Compensation:
· Paid per completed transaction.
· The contractor is responsible for all personal vehicle expenses, including fuel and insurance.
Note: This is a 1099 contract position. You will not be considered an employee of Hennessy Automobile Companies and will be responsible for your own taxes and expenses.
