Eningeers (Manufacturing, Electrical, Design, Quality, Project)

Hennig Power Supply is hiring multiple different Engineers, Project, Manufacturing, Electrical, Design, Industrial, and Quality.

Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. They specialize in the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes and systems. Their duties include identifying areas for improvement, maintaining high levels of manufacturing and product quality, designing new products and processes, as well as ensuring cost-efficiency and conformance with regulatory standards

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Designs, develops, and oversee the production process of goods and materials.

·        Works to improve the efficiency and quality of the manufacturing process.

·        Analyzes production data for improvement.

·        Ensures quality control.

·        Develops and implements new technologies.

·        Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure efficient production

·        Research automation techniques and test new systems for efficiency

·        Ensure efficient cost-effective production of goods

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred

Experience: 3 years of manufacturing experience required

Reading Ability: Must be able to read and understand English

Skills:

·        Must be able to demonstrate basic measuring/mechanical skills

·        Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, or other engineering software

·        Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills

·        Ability to work independently and in a team environment

·        Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma/AutoCAD/ SolidWorks /Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Programming /Failure Modes and Effective Analysis (FMEA)/Kaizen/Root Cause Analysis/CNC Machining/ISO Standards
