Ensure the production process goes smoothly by making sure all the appropriate parts are in place and ready to go.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations
Plan, schedule and coordinate of the company’s products
Evaluate raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production
Report on the production status and any production issues to upper management
Handle production disruptions and productivity problems
Find ways to improve productivity and reduce costs
Prepare and submit status and performance reports
Skills and qualifications
Knowledge of production processes and quality control
Technical skills using material requirements planning and scheduling software
Verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of employees

Requirements :
Education and / or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and / or 2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of purchasing, production, material expediting, and MRP / ERP systems preferred.
Knowledge of ERP Software Global Shop a plus but not required
