About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team at Henniges Automotive. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality of our products and services by collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute supplier quality strategies to meet business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive relationship building and issue resolution.
- Analyze and report quality metrics to inform business decisions.
- Provide training and guidance to suppliers on quality management best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- VDA 6.3 – Certified Process Auditor and IATF 16949:2016 Lead Supplier Auditor certifications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
