Henniges Automotive is a leader in the development and manufacturing of engineered materials. We are seeking an Engineered Materials Developer to join our team, responsible for developing and executing materials innovation projects that align with corporate goals.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering and experience in material development, particularly in the areas of rubber compounding and TPV. They will also possess excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute materials innovation projects that align with corporate goals.
- Conduct competitor materials benchmarking and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing) to develop, validate, and industrialize new materials.
- Communicate project status and results to executive management.
