About the Role:
- You will work closely with suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent future defects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure their products meet our quality standards.
- Conduct audits and assessments of supplier quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to suppliers on quality management best practices.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- VDA 6.3 – Certified Process Auditor and IATF 16949:2016 Lead Supplier Auditor certifications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
