Quality Systems Coordinator

Highlights of the Position: Maintain and update the Quality Systems ISO/IATF 16949. Schedule and participate in all external/internal audits. Monitor and maintain the customer complaints and update all quality documents in the data control system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain an update the quality system ISO/AITF 16949, customer specific requirements, documentation and support in ISO 14001. This includes records, logs, procedures, control plan and flow charts.
• Monitor and log the customer complaints to the Business Units and tracks the appropriate problem resolution including internal 8D's.
• Communicates clearly and frequently with associates, peers, superiors and others as needed. Enter the response by the business unit quality engineers into the electronics data system.
• Schedule and participate in the external audits of ISO/IATF 16494 quality systems. Track and report and follow up on the conformance to those audits.
• Prepares and maintain on a timely basis the monthly quality report as required by the business operation system. Issue the reports appropriately.
• Participate and coordinate the internal scheduling of audits. Monitor and report the non-conformance for resolution.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education - Minimum: Profession knowledge and skills normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Knowledge and skills typically acquired through 3 plus years experience in manufacturing and EDI systems.

Preferred - General business degree and/or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor. Knowledge and skills typically acquired through an Associates Degree program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.12 - $25.24 per hour
